EGC Executive Staff

The Executive Team at Eastern Goldfields College provides strong, strategic leadership focused on excellence, high achievement and student outcomes.

Led by Principal Mel English, the team includes three Deputy Principals with clearly defined portfolios:

  • Vickie Bogensperger – Learning Environment and Human Resources
  • Ashley Kingston – Pathways for Student Success
  • Nick Reghenzani – Teaching Quality and Operations

Natasha McCormack, Manager Corporate Services, oversees college operations, facilities and financial management.

Together, the Executive Team drives the strategic direction of the College, ensuring high standards in teaching and learning, strong student leadership opportunities, and outstanding academic, vocational and co-curricular outcomes for EGC students.

Curriculum Innovation Coordinators

Our Curriculum Innovation Coordinators work closely with the Executive Team to lead teaching excellence, curriculum development and continuous improvement across the College. Their work directly supports high expectations, academic achievement and innovative learning pathways for students.

Eastern Goldfields College is home to more than 500 Year 11 and 12 students who demonstrate leadership, ambition and a strong commitment to excellence.

Our student leaders play an active role in shaping college culture, representing their peers and contributing meaningfully to the life of the College. Through academic, vocational, sporting, cultural and community pursuits, EGC students consistently achieve at a high level and take pride in their accomplishments.
