Student Engagement

Student Engagement Team

The Student Services Team at Eastern Goldfields College is dedicated to supporting the wellbeing, engagement and success of every student. The Student Services Centre provides assistance to students who may be experiencing academic, social, emotional or health-related concerns.

Our team works proactively with students to provide individual support, develop personalised plans where required, and advocate on their behalf to help remove barriers to learning and participation. At the heart of Student Services is a strong commitment to pastoral care that empowers students to thrive both academically and personally.

The Student Services Team includes:

  • Student Engagement and Wellbeing Coordinator
  • Student Achievement and Progress Coordinator
  • Year 11 and Year 12 Academic Coordinators
  • Year Group Coordinators
  • School Psychologists
  • School Chaplain
  • Aboriginal and Islander Education Officers (AIEOs)
  • Attendance Officer
  • Year 11 and Year 12 Student Support Officers
  • Education Assistants

Student Services supports not only students, but also parents, guardians, staff and members of the wider school community. We work collaboratively to ensure each student’s experience at Eastern Goldfields College is positive, supportive and inclusive.
