Follow the Dream: Partnerships for Success
Follow the Dream is a tertiary aspirations program designed specifically for Aboriginal students. It focuses on students with high ambitions as they begin their secondary education, encouraging and supporting them to complete Year 12 and achieve the academic results required for entry into university or other tertiary studies.
Participating students have access to after-school learning centres, where tutors and mentors provide guidance and assistance across all areas of their education. They also benefit from unique opportunities made available through the program’s industry partnerships. Follow the Dream is delivered in collaboration with The Graham (Polly) Farmer Foundation.
