DESCRIPTION:HackED is back for 2021 ! \nHeld on Wednesday 28 July in Student Services. \nAbout:  HackED is an inter-school event that Ms Vanessa Maci previously organised in 2018 and 2019. \nThe premise behind the event is to bring groups of students from all of the high schools in the region together at EGC to compete in a hackathon-style event to solve real challenges faced in the local community. \nLocal organisations are invited to pose challenges and the students spend the day developing innovative and sustainable solutions to these challenges. It is a high-energy and highly rewarding event. In 2019\, the winner of HackED went on to develop a project in conjunction with the WA Police\, which was an amazing outcome!
