Eastern Goldfields College and Kalgoorlie-Boulder Community High School share the one Parents & Citizens body.

Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month, except for when this date falls in the school holidays. The venue alternates between Eastern Goldfields College and Kalgoorlie-Boulder Community High School and commence at 5.30pm.
